For restricted member services, Google provides your name, email address, account identifier, and, when available, profile picture. We store and use this information to identify you, manage authorized access, and protect your account. Hosting and sign-in providers process it on our behalf. We do not request your Gmail messages or Google Drive files, sell Google account information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Your choices
Account information is kept while needed to provide access and meet association recordkeeping obligations. You can remove the Google connection in your Google Account settings, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Removing the connection does not automatically delete existing records. Restricted services use essential sign-in cookies; linked websites have their own privacy practices.
